This is a lump-sum payment based on your length of service, salary, and sometimes the reason for your dismissal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Payment for Unused Leave<\/strong><br>If you have any unused vacation or annual leave days, the company usually has to pay you for them.
