2<\/strong> include major cities and urban regions such as:<br>Johannesburg, Cape Town, Pretoria, Durban, East London, Port Elizabeth, Bloemfontein, Randburg, Vereeniging, Pietermaritzburg, and others.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Area 3<\/strong> refers to all <strong>other areas not listed above<\/strong>, generally covering rural or less populated regions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"> Legal Notes &amp;
