Certification and academic records

Upon completion of a programme by meeting all the formative and summative assessment requirements, students will be issued with their certificates. Academic transcripts or records reflecting marks will only be issued upon request in formal writing via e-mail to: cbmexaminations@unisa.ac.za.

Students should please take note that in the event that they lose their certificate, UNISA does not re-issue or re-print certificates. The onus is on the qualified student to ensure safe keeping of such an important document in whatever manner that will ensure its existence; which might include making certified copies and framing possibly.

For the centre to be able to send you, your qualifications, it is important to supply us with your current physical or postal address as well as contact details. The centre will not be held responsible if addresses given are incorrect or if the certificate is lost in the mail. Certificates collected at the helpdesk must be collected with the Identity Document of the candidate as proof.
